Service With A Smile

A recent story was shared about an employee in the WUL service department who went above and beyond for his customer. He received a call early Friday afternoon regarding this customer needing additional clean coats. He took matters into his own hands and not only spent hours at a local laundry mat washing and drying these items on his own, but delivered them to his happy customer only a few short hours later. This is truly an example of service!
