Wildman SERVE invites team members to lead with compassion and intentional kindness. Through hands-on opportunities, employees make a tangible difference in the places they live and work while reflecting our commitment to people first and community well-being.
Serving others with time, purpose, and impact.
Up to five paid days each year for employees to volunteer with nonprofits locally or globally. Serve PTO creates space to step away from daily work and serve causes that matter. These experiences strengthen connection, support meaningful impact, and reflect Wildman’s commitment to people first.
Equipping teams to give back and cultivate impact.
Department-based funds that support nonprofit partners and community needs through Engagement Teams. Serve Funds equip teams to organize service projects, support local causes, and respond with flexibility and care. These resources help teams live out Wildman’s values together.
Serving together to honor legacy and strengthen community.
A yearly companywide Serve Day honoring Rex Wildman through shared service in local communities. Employees volunteer with regional nonprofits, build camaraderie across departments, and live out Wildman’s values together. This day reflects our belief that shared service strengthens culture.

GIVE reflects the belief that generosity shapes both the giver and the world around us. Through shared investment and compassionate response, employees support meaningful causes, strengthen community, and express Wildman’s heart for generosity in action.

Wildman matches up to $500 of employee charitable giving each year to extend community impact. When team members give to causes they care about, Wildman gives alongside them. This shared generosity strengthens meaningful causes and reflects our commitment to compassion and stewardship.
Love in action when life hits hard.
Employees give to LoveWorks to support colleagues and communities during times of crisis, with Wildman matching contributions dollar for dollar. LoveWorks provides dignified, confidential assistance to those facing unexpected hardship and reflects our belief that no one walks alone.

Encouraged with purpose and impact.
GO invites employees to take courageous steps into local and global mission. These experiences broaden perspective, deepen faith, and connect purpose with real needs. Whether nearby or far away, GO reflects Wildman’s call to serve where compassion meets action.

Immersive opportunities, supported with paid time, to serve alongside Wildman’s partners locally and globally. Vision Trips expand perspective, deepen purpose, and strengthen faith through hands-on service. Participants return with clarity, compassion, and connection that continues beyond the trip.
